As the head of strategic growth at bizhaven, I have been leading and executing the strategic vision and direction of the company during my time here. Bizhaven is a proactive HR and safety solution provider that lowers your liability and maximizes human capital by partnering you with dedicated subject matter experts who do the work for you. I have a strong background and passion for strategic planning, and helping business owners build strategies that will help them succeed. I leverage my communication and sports skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, as well as to motivate and inspire my team to achieve our goals. Prior to joining bizhaven, I gained valuable experience and expertise in building and planning accessory dwelling units (ADUs) as an ADU expert and sales, we specialized in tiny homes and ADUs. I also served as an assistant basketball coach at the University of the Pacific & the University of San Francisco for over eleven years, where I helped develop and train student-athletes, plan and execute game strategies, and recruit and mentor new players. My mission is to help businesses and individuals grow and thrive by providing them with innovative and customized HR and safety solutions, as well as by sharing my knowledge and passion for health, wellness, and sports. I am always eager to learn new skills, explore new opportunities, and collaborate with diverse and talented people.
