I lead the growth team at ElevenLabs. We are responsible for marketing (PLG, performance marketing, SEO, organic, enterprise marketing), growth engineering, and developer relations. I also run the product and engineering for ElevenCreative. Previously, I was interim Head of Product at PostHog and co-founded Fella Health, a YC-backed HealthTech company that treats thousands of patients per month. I started my career at Microsoft Research working on reinforcement learning. In my past life, I studied pre-med at Cambridge University. My parents are still hopeful that I will become a doctor.

Open-source SaaS building product tools for engineers. I did a mixture of high-level strategy work and hands-on product/engineering with the teams. • Led the switch in ideal customer persona (ICP) from security-focused mid-market to product engineers at high-growth startups. • Created the longer-term product strategy - get in first, be the source of truth for customer and product data, and go multi-product. • Led the quarterly planning for 5 engineering teams. • Hands-on building of high-impact projects including the react client library and dashboard templates.
Built the engineering team for the 4th fastest growing eCommerce company in the US.
Fella Health is the telehealth clinic for men with obesity. Obesity is the largest chronic disease dramatically affecting people's lives and causing billions of dollars of healthcare spending. But the standard treatment of diet and exercise doesn't work for most with chronic obesity. With Fella Health, patients meet a board-certified obesity doctor to prescribe FDA-approved medications and join a lifestyle intervention program through our app. We are backed by YC, leading venture capital firms and angel investors. • Hired and managed the initial team across product, engineering, growth, and medical. • Created the product roadmap and led the delivery - building web, iOS and Androids apps. Achieving an average patient weight loss of 10%+. • Navigated complex US legal and data compliance regulations to set up a fully compliant medical clinic.
Based at Microsoft Research Cambridge–the first AI residency outside of the US. Worked with, and learned from, incredible engineers, product managers, designers, and researchers. • Combined graph neural networks and deep reinforcement learning to develop agents which can perform tasks in environments with geometric observations. • Paper accepted to the Deep Reinforcement Learning workshop at NeurIPS 2019 • Developed MazeExplorer – an open-source python environment for assessing generalisation of reinforcement learning agents. https://github.com/microsoft/MazeExplorer • Poster presentation at the Generalization in Deep Learning workshop at ICML 2019 • Presented our work with the Game Intelligence team to Phil Spencer, EVP of Gaming at Microsoft • Setup the "AI Safety and Fairness" reading group
