I have had for 20 years of working experience which I have worked as an International Export Sales Manager, Business Development Manager cum an Executive Assistant to CEO and a Senior Secretary to Director/GM/CEO & BOD for more than 8 years, and oversea sales management with the record of our successful deals, contract negotiations and 9 long term contracts (from 10 to 18 years) signed in the total contract valuation and revenue of 100mil USD annually, together with the demonstrated history of working in the biomass manufacturing, export and international trading industry, electrical transformers, joined in the power plant projects and biomass fuel supply, renewable energy supply chain (wood pellets, woodchips); I also have very much experienced in customer services, sales, management and marketing in banking industry for 7 years; In addition, I also involved in Admin, CS, HR and English translation job as Vietnamese - English translator and interpreter for several years. I have strong skills in business English communication and negotiation, much more understanding about international business mindset, contractual negotiation, market insights, admin & HR management for many years. Currently I am acting as an International Relationship and Export Sales Manager in the field of biomass wood pellets exporting to Korea, Japan, EU market and I am also good at Microsoft Office 365, AI tools and high skilled support oversea sales development, client oriented satisfication, together with the international and domestic business growth. I graduated from HCM City Open University, both majors in Business Administration and Business English for translation, also completed CEO course at PTI Education and MiniMBA Training Course at FPT University and a course of Chief Customer Officer (CCO) at AIMT, and ESG training course by SGS Vietnam.
- Support BOM and International Business Director in studying and developing international markets and business plan. - Interpret, translate documents, compile and review the contracts with foreign partners from Japan, Korea…and look for the new customers and markets. - Arrange work schedule, meetings, work plan, organize the meetings, summarize the content of the meeting and make MOM accordingly. - Remind BOM and Business Director’s meeting schedule and prepare the documents for the meetings, summarize the content of the meeting and make MOM, draft MOU... - Inform and arrange the meeting schedule to the relevant departments when receiving the order from BOM & Directors. - Receive, sort, classify, handle the information, letters, documents from the Dept. and dispatch to BOM. - File carefully the documents related to BOM and keep confidentiality agreement of the company. - Support the admin works, seek the talents and recruitments according to the request of BOD & HRM. - Collaborate with the factory managers in auditing the factories, the assigned works ensuring 5S and good working environment. - Manage the construction projects in general and make relationship with the local authority at the project areas.
Professional trading, consulting and networking for biomass energy and wood products such as wood pellets, woodchips and others wastes (OCC) globally.
- Translate correspondence and other documentation & interpret in meetings and make minute of meeting (MOM), MOU and Agreements. accordingly. - Prepare to correspondence writing/responses/reports to the Head as per CEO and BODs’ requests. - Discreet of handling confidential information and documents. - Represent CEO/BODs in a professional and congenial manner in person, in telephone conversations and welcoming VIP foreign visitors, partners. - Organize and prepare critical presentations and documentations for CEO and members of BODs. - Make CEO meeting schedule, travel arrangements and maintain travel records, expenses & others. - Prepare minutes at high management meetings and key meetings with the Head of Departments. - Follow the work schedule of Departments, reports & other particular tasks assigned by CEO/BODs. - Take part in making the internal and external relationships and other particular tasks assigned by GM and BODs.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop human resource progress & company strategies. - Identify training needs and select the direction for training, outsourcing upon the company development requests and its objectives. - Check, monitor and evaluate the implementation process of the policy, specific strategies aimed at sustainable production, continuous improvement and innovation. - Research and compose the regulations, rules and working procedures relating to Admin & HRM activities within the organization and the departments. - Participate in the development and monitor administration system to deploy, assess the work done in the units and departments as prescribed. - Manage the company’s office equipment, facilities, firefighting system, landscaping and assets. - Build up good relationships with competent agencies such as the Regional Police, and Fire Protection Agency and internal relationships within the company. - Assist English language and other administrative duties as required by Board of Director (BOD), make MOM with the participation of BOD and arrange the meetings with partners and visitors.
