I am a highly skilled and motivated person in the fields of IRM & Construction Management, Health, Safety, Environment, and Security of construction and commissioning petrochemical projects (20years experience) who has the ability to lead and motivate personnel, yet can work both in a team and individual environment. With a proactive 'hands-on' management style combining sound judgment with resourcefulness, integrity and a sense of humor and the drive to improve and develop behavioral based safety systems and management processes to drive HSES forward within a company. Experience in the improvement of safety cultures within multicultural workforces, through direct interaction and development of bespoke training regimes. With a background of qualification’s in Military & Commercial Diving, ROV, ALST and Trainer (BOSIET & STCW Courses) I have gained the experience to date which has provided me with the necessary attributes consisting of practical knowledge, interpersonal, communicative/negotiation, and managerial skills to take up a wide range of positions both operator and contractually within an HSE/Risk Management and project/contractual field. This has been gained at both corporate and PMT levels in the developing/implementation and maintenance of a Safety Management System and Security Systems for company personnel and assets for various locations. I have a good working knowledge of international codes and standards and the ability to monitor and maintain systems that fulfill the requirements of ISO 9000/14001/ OHSAS18001 and OGP guidelines
