I am a highly skilled and motivated person in the fields of IRM & Construction Management, Health, Safety, Environment, and Security of construction and commissioning petrochemical projects (20years experience) who has the ability to lead and motivate personnel, yet can work both in a team and individual environment. An HSE and Incident Lead in a global offshore marine and energy company is responsible for leading health, safety, environmental, and incident management activities across offshore operations, vessels, and energy projects. The role drives regulatory compliance, risk management, high-potential incident (HIPO) and Serious Injury and Fatality (SIF) investigation and prevention, emergency response, and continuous improvement while promoting a strong safety culture in high-risk marine and offshore environments. Key responsibilities include leading investigations into incidents, near misses, HIPOs, and SIF exposures, implementing corrective actions, monitoring HSE performance, supporting offshore operations, and ensuring alignment with international offshore and maritime standards.
