Currently working as the Graduate Assistant in Marketing at Seton Hall University's Athletic Department, while pursuing my M.B.A. in Sports Management. Before coming to Seton Hall, I got my Bachelor's Degree from Saint Joseph's University. I was lucky enough to have worked in professional and collegiate sports during my time as an Undergraduate Student. I have worked as a Ticket Sales Representative with the Philadelphia Phillies in 2023, I was a Practice Player with the Women's Basketball Team at Saint Joseph's University during from 2022-2024. Then, during the past 2 Summers I have been able to work as a Merchandising Intern with the USGA for the U.S. Open at Los Angeles Country Club and Pinehurst Number 2. I have learned a lot both during my time in the classroom and through putting those lessons to action in my professional life.
• Work with the sales team to ensure seamless gameday, group, and season-ticket sales process for fans. • Manage fans’ support, informational, and conflict-resolution needs. • Assist with on-field and in-stadium branded gameday operations, installations, and events. • Assist Public Relations and Operations teams for game-day events with VIP guests and fans.
• Assisted pre-event build, day-to-day operations, and post-event tear-down of 26,000-square-foot Merchandise Pavilion and 10,000-square-foot Satellite Tent for fans at 2023 U.S. Open. • Worked with team members to support visual merchandising, stocking shelves, scheduling merchandise deliveries, and product management of more than 400,000 items that generated multimillion-dollar sales. • Worked closely with the Merchandising Manager to guarantee a clean, efficient, customer-friendly sales floor and checkout experience for more than 35,000 daily golf fans. • Built and grew relationships with sales reps from more than 50 brands to manage merchandise presentation, and product flow, and maximize sales. • Served as a personal shopper for a variety of VIPs from entertainment and pro-sports communities.
