Providing technical support to users. Installing and configuring computer hardware systems and IT software Manning the IT help desk and providing instant solutions to IT issues Manage overall IT infrastructure, including AD, DB, application server, files server, firewall, network switch Configure security settings or access permissions Assist in planning and implementing systems and network integrations Work with multinational team for IT migration project Identifying & reporting on the IT projects and upgrades Deploying new hardware, server backups & evaluating new software & security risks Working closely with vendor to resolve application failure issues
Providing technical support to users Onsite support for more than 40 Shop Installing and configuring computer hardware systems and IT software Ability to convey technical solutions in a clear and concise manner Undertaking analysis, diagnosis and resolution of client problems via phone, e-mail & face to face contact Quickly responding to customer enquiries and concerns Troubleshooting PC’s, laptops and mobile devices Working closely with vendor to resolve application failure issues liaise and coordinate with vendors, suppliers, distributors, and contract consultants Testing and evaluating new technology Setting up new users' accounts, e-mail and dealing with password issues Maintaining a log of all problems detected and system backups Mentor and guide junior staff on operation and configuration of systems
