I am a Professional Development Project Manager with over 20 years international experience with leading construction companies, consultancies and developers in the UK, Africa and the Middle East. I have extensive experience of all aspects of the construction process from feasibility studies, funding, pre-contract, cost and design management, through to construction, fit-out, snagging and final hand over of a variety of public, private, residential, commercial, industrial and infrastructure projects up to US$1.5billion in value. I have strong organizational and analytical skills and enjoy problem solving, whether it be independently, either leading or as part of a team. I have a track record of delivering projects to satisfied clients on time and within budget.
