Work Includes reviewing job descriptions and resumes in order to source for the most qualified candidates, sourcing and screening of potential IT candidates for contract, contract-to-hire and permanent openings, responsible for processing and contacting qualified candidates via phone, email, or web, establish relationships with account managers, co-workers, and candidates, track job orders and initiate recruitment for new roles, be familiar with industry trends, including client, market and unemployment conditions, the ability to prioritize daily activities in order to accomplish the most important tasks before the others, time management, strategize with team members/account managers, ability to succeed in a fast paced environment, excellent communication skills, and customer service.
Work includes counseling a large population of people with a variety of mental health issues, writing reports to communicate problems/issues with staff, problem solving, leading group discussions, placing clients in need into homeless shelters /apartments, answering emergency service phone calls and guiding callers through a variety of problems.
