Currently working on: - Modern Management for company owned devices - Communication and different user-centric projects for Salling Group. - PXE environment redesign Recent Projects: - Teams cloud video interop (CVI) for SallingGroup to connect teleconference equipement with Teams Infra. - Was responsible for Microsoft Teams implementation project. Migration from Skype for Business (Lync) on premise to Teams. Cooperated with various IT teams to create Teams governance and technical layout to support remote work in our company during COVID pandemic. Our Team delivered in promised time without downtime for users.
Projects: Currently working on SCCM / Nomad / PXE / OS deployment projects. The main task is to introduce Windows 10 into organization as a part of new "Workspace 2020" project for Salling Group. Main goal is to redesign of system deployment strategy in Salling Group Completed Projects: - Took part in creating new Desktop Management Team @ Salling Group Daily: -Building, maintaining, and supporting a base image for workstations including OS, drivers and software packages utilized by all business partners. (5000 endpoints and nearly 15 0000 users) -Supporting and maintaining the Thin Client and PDA management system. -Testing and making available OS security patches for distribution via patch management. -Following the policies that guarantee that all supported PC have a standard security software installed and use the currently used feature to obtain new virus definition. -Keeping track of all applications in enterprise portfolio. - maintaining SCCM, PXE, and test Hyper-V servers
2nd / 3rd line support for corporate desktop/mobile Environment - SCCM / WSUS management Additional projects: - Avalanche / Soti for mobile terminals - ESL maintenance - Taking care of our custom PXE env.
W czasie pracy zajmowałem się wsparciem dla klienta wewnętrznego, ponadto do moich zadań należało: - opieka nad środowiskiem VmWare VSphere - wdrożenia wymiany EDI z dostawcami - wdrożenie oraz opieka nad środowiskiem backupu infrastruktury opartym o rozwiązania HP, opieka nad Disaster Recovery Plan - administracja środowiskiem AD / WS2008 - zarządzanie infrastrukturą AP (Cisco Prime)
Do moich obowiązków należała administracja istniejącymi zasobami oraz rozwiązywanie bieżących problemów z infrastrukturą klientów. Ponadto zajmowałem się planowaniem oraz modernizacją sieci, wdrożeń kopii zapasowych, serwerów plików, poczty, oraz środowiska Active Directory. Zarządzałem również infrastrukturą opartą o Hyper-V. Przy tym kontynuowałem obsługę zgłoszeń w drugiej linii Help Desku dla klientów Polsko i Anglojęzycznych;
Staż, do moich obowiązków należało przyjmowanie zgłoszeń o usterkach oraz ich bieżące rozwiązywanie zdalnie bądź w siedzibie klienta. Ponadto budowałem sieci TCP/IP oraz wdrażałem u klientów zaplanowane przez przełożonych technologie i konfiguracje sprzętowe.
