Supported initial setup of material planning for the global spare-parts business, focusing on establishing a stable MRP backbone for a rapidly scaling aftermarket. Drove availability for >2,000 components across complex multi-level BOMs, aligned planning parameters (LT, MOQ, safety stocks) in SAP S/4HANA, and improved visibility of open demand through the full SD–MM flow. Partnered closely with Engineering, Procurement, and Operations to stabilise spare-parts fulfilment after the first wave of customer sales. Built analytical dashboards to highlight supply risks, demand trends, and planning gaps (lead times, cost data, ABC/XYZ segmentation). Streamlined PO/PR conversion, inbound tracking, and exception handling, helping reduce backlog and shorten replenishment cycles.
