At McDonald’s Germany, I work on national brand initiatives and platforms, helping to translate strategic directions into work that is both consistent and culturally relevant. Having worked on both client and agency side, I’ve developed a strong appreciation for the balance between strategy, creative ambition and what it really takes to bring things to life. • Lead national integrated brand initiatives across the full marketing calendar (strategy to execution) • Responsible for brand platform development and category management • Drive cross-functional alignment across marketing, digital, category and external partners • Manage and steer creative and media agencies to ensure consistent brand execution • Executed national campaigns including Famous Orders or Digital Monopoly • Contribute to strategic brand development aligned with global and local priorities Scope: National campaigns, multi-agency setup, cross-functional leadership
