As I dove deeper, my love for people and culture led me into talent acquisition & employer branding where I was marketing opportunities and making career dreams happen. • Creation and implementation of a new EVP including internal and external storytelling through multi-channel content strategies on- and offline as well as employee advocacy. • Definition of a consistent Employer Branding Identity (visual guidelines, messaging framework, tone of voice, etc.) • Development of new career site. • Definition and production of high-quality (on- and offline) multi-media content. • Strategy and execution of data-driven, global recruitment marketing leveraging digital media such as programmatic advertising, social media, SEA etc. as well as offline media such as POS-advertising, Print, etc. • Utilize data & KPIs to improve EB performance and drive hiring efficiency. • Budgeting, forecasting and P&L impact. • Conduct global market research, benchmarking, and employee sentiment analysis to continuously refine employer brand strategies. • Definition of strategic target groups and following talent journey mapping. • Build and scale the employee advocacy and employee referral programs. • Work closely with internal communications to merge employer branding with corporate messaging. • Certification as Top Employer. • Stakeholder management and engagement up to C-suite
• Development of innovative, scalable TA strategies for all global markets as well as co-creation and implementation of Employer Branding strategies and initiatives. • Improving the global hiring processes and candidate journeys across all global markets • Establishment of a data & KPI dashboard (PowerBI) and KPIs. • Implementation of DE&I initiatives and trainings to guarantee inclusive hiring at all levels. • Development of blended training strategies and programs for TA&EB teams and hiring managers. • Managing CRM platform and nurturing talent pools. • Budgeting and workforce forecasting for all markets. • Guaranteeing the effective and efficient hiring of approx. 20.000+ employees per year across corporate and retail functions. • Stakeholder management and engagement with top management (up to C-level) to align strategies and execution.
• Definition and execution of TA&EB strategy for Rituals’ biggest market DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). • Work closely with global TA&EB team and international TA community to co-define and implement global policies and projects. • Implementation of new ATS. • Creation and performance of trainings and coachings for local teams and hiring managers. • Responsible for local EB initiatives and recruitment marketing. • Budgeting and forecasting for DACH. • Responsible for full-cycle recruitment of approx. 3.000 hires per year across corporate and retail functions. • Strategic and operational advisor for local and global top managers.
