In a new role of Packaging Design Manager I have taken broader responsibilities of managing design projects and packaging design functions within LEGO Group. I am focusing especially on innovative projects, creation and evaluation of packaging trends, insights, researches, that includes sustainability and diversity & inclusivity in packaging experiences.
Thanks to my proactive approach, strategical thinking and establishing new packaging design methods I was promoted to a Senior Conceptual Packaging Designer position where I am continuing to develop innovative packaging for new projects and core lines within the LEGO Group.
I took the opportunity to further developed my skills as a packaging designer in the most successful toy company in the world, LEGO. It is a great challenge and also learning experience to be part of such a global organization. In the early phases of each project I am challenged in terms of innovation, newness, producability, smooth running on the packing line, transportation safety and management of the design process. Further I am involve in innovation in packing and packaging, keeping the rightLEGOlanguage in structural packaging design and ensure colaboration of all stakeholders during development of a new packaging.
Cocoon Group is an organization of companies located in Prague, Moscow and Bucharest. Cocoon Group is focused on middle and eastern European market. I started working at Cocoon as a Industrial designer in February 2011. Main concentration is industrial and structural design and strategy design. I wanted to develop my skills in sketching, manufacturing processes and strategy thinking. I worked for clients as a Staropramen, Yedoo scooters, Crocodille, Beck`s, Rudolf Jelínek, Procter & Gamble

Thanks to my work at Flex/Cocoon I was hired by Flex/the InnovationLab to stay and work in the Delft in The Netherlands. I was involved in proactive jobs involving to generate concept ideas, I have improved in Photoshop sketching, SolidWorks 3d modelling software, sustainability thinking and in better understanding of production techniques.
Taken on more responsibilities throughout the design process I was promoted to be a junior industrial designer at Flex/Cocoon.
Flex/Cocoon was a design agency that start as a join adventure of two companies. We were a small team where everyone had an important role in every phase of every project. I was involved in projects for companies such as 2N, Procter and Gamble, Rudolf Jelinek slivovice.
