As a dynamic leader in Channel Sales, I drive strategic growth and manage high-performing partnerships across East Europe & Baltics, while leading a talented team of two Channel Sales Specialists. My focus is on fostering strong relationships, delivering value to partners, and ensuring the long-term success of our business. Channel Partner Management: • Developing and executing channel sales strategies to meet sales and market share objectives. • Identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new channel partners. • Managing and nurturing relationships with existing partners in Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Poland, and the Baltics. • Providing comprehensive training and ongoing support to channel partners. • Tracking and analyzing partner performance through regular QBR sessions. • Coordinating marketing and sales activities with partners. • Contributing to the design and implementation of new channel programs. Collaboration and Direct Sales: • Working closely with the Direct Sales team to manage partner-involved projects. • Overseeing direct sales and channel management for the Czech and Slovak markets. • Acting as the sole on-ground sales representative for the Czech and Slovak markets, providing a unique local perspective and direct engagement with partners and customers. • Building and maintaining trust-based relationships with customers and partners. • Mentoring and guiding the team to ensure continuous professional development. • Account and relationship management in the areas of network solutions and server and storage technologies • Business partnership development of fixed partner setup (approx. 88 partners) in region Germany - partner account management • Support with project realization, configurations, tools, certifications, pricing, new technology updates, training coordination • Consolidation and expansion of the business relationship through attendence of partner events • Coordination between Sales, PreSales und Management • Forecasting and analysis of reseller performance and growth potential • Generating and sales activities driving revenue • Support the partners’ projects by leveraging internal and external networks (operations, pre-sales, category marketing, customer partner operations and distributors)
