As acting project manager: • Led a consulting team tasked to identify improvement opportunities and develop a new organizational setup for one of Bayer’s core research areas. As senior consultant: • Identified and prioritized new research ideas for increased crop resistance towards climate change (resulting in 15 new product concepts added to the discovery pipeline). • Designed a new process to foster and assess cross-functional innovation in the field of Radiology. • Identified improvement opportunities and detailed a new organizational setup for Bayer’s Clinical Development & Operations organization.
During my time as postdoctoral researcher at the Institute, I established the field of data sciences into a strategic field of teaching and research.
