My role is centered on translating strategy into effective execution, establishing clear governance and ways of working, continuously improving end‑to‑end processes through automation and digitalization, and shaping a service‑oriented corporate administration that supports the business in a measurable way.
• Lead and develop two teams—Business Analysis (insights, transparency) and BPM (process design, optimization, common understanding)—to drive performance, efficiency, and scalability across the enterprise. • Build the operating model and governance for performance management, establishing clear roles, standards, and ways of working across functions. • Implement transparent reporting and executive dashboards to enable data driven decision making and proactive course correction. • Translate strategy into a prioritized initiative portfolio; track benefits, risks, and dependencies to ensure value delivery. • Standardize and continuously improve end to end processes (mapping/modeling, bottleneck analysis, improvement roadmaps, automation) with measurable outcomes. • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, IT and Operations to align business requirements with process and data capabilities. • Drive a continuous improvement and change management culture through training, coaching, and clear process documentation and controls. • Manage stakeholders, resources, and budget; foster a high performing, collaborative team culture.
