I am the Head of Sales at Recare, where we help hospitals manage patient discharge and transfer processes more efficiently and safely through AI-supported solutions. Recare connects hospitals with rehabilitation centers, care providers, and social services, enabling faster coordination, reduced length of stay, and better patient outcomes, fully compliant in a highly regulated Healthcare environment. Beyond coordination, we improve critical clinical and administrative workflows, including AI-supported documentation and application creation, such as discharge letters via voice input. Recare is on a bold mission to build a European champion for AI-agentic automation and orchestration in Healthcare, embedding intelligence directly into day-to-day clinical workflows. As Head of Sales, I build and scale the commercial organization, shape our enterprise go-to-market strategy and partner closely with Healthcare decision makers across medical, nursing and executive functions. I am passionate about growth and commercial excellence, especially in complex, mission-driven environments like Healthcare.
