- Developing the licensing business through new strategic partnerships - Managing all brand development projects such as collaborations and co-brandings - Define all merchandising and business plans for licensing and collaboration projects - Setting up workflows and define roles and responsibilities within the organization - P&L responsibility for revenues, costs and royalties for all licensing projects - Definition and allocation of marketing budgets and development of marketing plans - Developed the business by negotiating and signing the contracts for new Fragrance and Jewelry licenses
- Responsible for all Licensing Categories and the respective P&L’s - Leading a team of 3 Licensing Managers through the entire product value chain - Overseeing all product development, merchandising, sales and marketing activities - Define collection structure, OTBs, merchandising plans, marketing budgets - Developing business by negotiating and signing the contract for a beachwear license - Re-defining the Fragrance business and signing a new 5-year contract
- Establish and maintain strong business relationships with Licensees - Coordinate the full product lifecycle for Fragrances, Eyewear, Watches and Pens - Define strategies for merchandising, marketing, pricing, distribution - Actively guide markets through planning, buying, allocation and stock management In addition in the role of Strategic Marketing Planner I assumed the following responsibilities: - Support of the CMO on brand development activities and cross-functional marketing projects between HQ and markets - Definition of the new customer-centric global brand strategy
- Efficiency Analysis of DOS Network to improve sales per square meter - Coordination of the category management project - Application of category management data to improve merchandising, VM, store planning - Development of action plans for merchandising, retail, buying, VM, store planning
