With more then 13 years of professional experience, including 9 as CEO of the Lime Juice GmbH agency, I´m established as specialist in the fields of project management, event marketing, event strategies, show concepts and brand experiences. In working with well-known international clients such as Audi, Skoda, MINI, Vorwerk, ABB, and Warsteiner, I had the chance to prove and refine my skills in planning and implementing major events in and national and international context. Lime Juice is an event marketing and event management agency. The core business is the planning, organizing and implementation of brand experiences, marketing strategies, live performances and show productions. In 2016 the Warsteiner brewery has been uniting its music and festival activities under the slogan #musikdurstig as the umbrella brand for the music & lifestyle sponsoring sector. Being responsible of project management for over 40 different events and festivals with a range of 100 up to 80.000 visitors per event (e.g. Parookaville, Melt!, SWR 3 New Pop Festival, New Horizons) the role included to (co-)design and develop various creative concepts and ensure the corporate identity and conveyance of the brand's core messages. In addition, the coordination of all relevant trades, such as logistics, promotion, video shoots, etc. was part of the position.
Being responsible for a pool of clients from different event sectors, such as event producers, artist agencies and rental and logistics services. Much of my time has been focused on working in different positions for these clients e.g. head of the production, artist assistant, stage management, building and removing sound, light and stage installations.

The project called DIVSI-YourNet 2015 was a 2-day convention for teenagers and young adults to inform them about possibilities and risks of the digital world. During the one-week realization of the project the main tasks as Side Manager were to organize and coordinate all side works of the event, including the responsibility for nine independent workshops, which were setup in tents.
