At Glasford International Germany, a global executive search firm focused on leadership and C-level recruitment, I support clients in identifying and placing high-impact executives who drive strategic business success. In addition to my role at Glasford, I also serve as Managing Director at ALLEGRO Consulting, our specialized recruitment partner within the same group. This dual role allows me to bridge executive search and professional-level talent acquisition, ensuring clients receive comprehensive support across all seniority levels.

Foundation and establishment of a student association around the topics capital market and economy. As a member of the board and President I am responsible for Legal, Communication and Business Development. Furthermore I´m the contact person for public/ academic institutions and companies.
neXGen 4you was a dynamic Start-Up and Scale-Up Consultancy and supported Start-Ups on the strategy and the fundraising side. As a Partner, I provided strategic counsel to both national and international clients. I exited the firm in 2025, and it will continue operations under a new name and revised business focus.
