- Standby for a weekly 12-hour shift and respond to 911 calls providing emergency medical care. - Train probational members to become charge EMTs, including how to safely and effectively manage hazards on-scene and assess+treat a wide range of traumatic injuries and medical emergencies. - Coordinate and collaborate with other public safety resources using radio communications when needed.

In this role I: - Collaborated with a range of partners to help address the underlying social welfare or health needs of frequent users of EMS services to reduce strain on the system. - Developed easy-use resource guides for MCFRS EMS clinicians to access MIH, APS and CPS criteria in the field. - Develop criteria for specialty care centers, alternate destinations, and referral guides for Mobile Integrated Health.
