As a Digital Economist, I specialize in bridging the gap between digital potentials and organizational transformation. At thyssenkrupp Materials Services, I lead the AI Transformation and Enablement in our Global Headquarters. Previously, I managed the incubation of new digital solutions, including a circular economy platform for the automotive industry (ACP) and an AI-based demand forecasting solution (pacemaker.ai). These initiatives connected sustainability with cutting-edge technology to create measurable improvements in efficiency and resilience. Founding and managing of a start-up company with a focus on Digitalization and Online Marketing services. Achievements: ☐ Successful project completion for more than 20 SME's from various industries ☐ Approx. 450.000,00 € annual turnover in 2017 ☐ Managed more than 15 part-time and 3 full-time employees ☐ Supported McCann Worldgroup in digital client projects from 2017 to 2019 ☐ Merged end of 2018. Details: I founded the company in 2015 parallel to my business studies. The concept was based on assembling individual and diverse teams from different disciplines to be able to offer efficient and custom-fit solutions for digital projects. Services ranged from Digital Branding, Online Marketing, Web & E-Commerce projects, to Process Digitalization. Solution B2B-Teams: In 2017, we developed and added a scalable B2B business model. With the help of efficient and fast onboarding processes, teams could now also be deployed for other agencies' client projects. From 2017 to 2019, we supported, among others, the agency group McCann Worldgroup in digital projects.
