- Process Owner of Audit Management and Supplier Quality Management - Establishing, implementing and monitoring of Audit Programs (Corporate, Internal & Supplier) - Execution of Internal Audits, Corporate Audits & Supplier Audits on global level - Review and Approval of Supplier Qualifications and Supplier Monitoring records - Roll-Out of corporate systems/software at subsidiaries - Maintenance & improvement of Audit Management tool (incl. Change Request, Testing & Validation) - Creation & maintenance of Controlled Documents (SOPs, WIs etc.) - Participation in External/Certification Audits through Notified Bodies or customers - Reporting of KPIs - Project Management (support during various projects) - Drafting & negotiating of Quality Assurance Agreements
- Execution of Supplier Audits on global level - Non-Conformities/CAPAs (related to supplier issues) - Roll-Out of corporate systems/software at subsidiaries (Audit Management tool, Complaint Handling software) - Maintenance & improvement of Audit Management tool (incl. Change Request, Testing & Validation) - Creation & maintenance of Controlled Documents (SOPs, WIs etc.) - Project Management (e.g. support at creation of e-learnings)
- Supplier Qualifications - Change Controls - Deviations (incl. CAPAs) - Creation & maintenance of Controlled Documents (SOPs, Material Specifications etc.) - Risk Assessments (incl. FMEAs) - Implementation of corporate quality standards into local procedures - Supplier Complaints - Quality Agreements - Subject Matter Expert for material- & supplier related topics (e.g. during audit/inspections, projects) - Maintenance of the Supplier Management System
- Set-up of service agreements with service suppliers - Support during the implementation of the Supplier Management System - Assistance at procurement projects (related to the transition from the legacy company)
- Reporting of KPIs to the executive board and customers - Creation of analyses and requests (MS Office) for the executive board - Attendance of authority and customer audits - Execution of temperature mappings in GDP-areas - Assistance during projects - Cash Management (e.g. direct debit, tracking of outstanding items, dunning letters)
