• Driving aviation business development activities for the clusters Türkiye, Middle East and Africa • Conducting in-depth analysis of aviation market trends and dynamics, spanning micro to macro levels, to support informed decision-making and to enable efficient business development initiatives • Steering strategic projects and market intelligence initiatives
• Contributing to the successful setup of a central intermodal rail operations function within the global head-office organization • Steering the solution design, procurement, implementation and hypercare of intermodal projects across Europe • Creating commercial training materials and processes to enhance organizational understanding and support for intermodal initiatives
• Ensuring the successful deployment of projects and programs for global key accounts • Leading multinational cross-functional solution design projects, onboarding of new businesses and the improvement or transition of existing business setups • Applying professional project management, change management and process excellence methodologies • Interacting directly with key account contacts and collaborating cross-divisionally within DPDHL group
• Representing DHL as project-manager towards various multinational customers, while organizing their technical & operational onboarding • Facilitating between various in- & external functions (incl. IT, Operations, Sales, Finance) to ensure a smooth integration project • Running business optimization projects (e.g. Process Automation), incl. preparing and facilitating on-site workshops
