Finance executive and former CFO with 20+ years of international experience supporting organisations in FP&A, performance management and finance transformation. Swiss finance professional with extensive experience in FP&A, controlling, budgeting, reporting, liquidity management and project-based financial leadership across international, mid-sized and family-owned companies. I have held senior roles including CFO and Board Member and currently support organisations through finance leadership, FP&A and business transformation assignments. I combine analytical rigour with a hands-on approach and the ability to quickly bring structure, transparency and actionable insights to CEOs, owners and Boards. I build trusted relationships with stakeholders and teams while maintaining a clear focus on objectives and execution. My work often involves assessing complex situations, defining pragmatic solutions and implementing them with discipline and agility. In parallel, I serve as an Executive Lecturer for GLOMACS, Oxford Management Centre and AZTech, delivering international programmes in financial planning, budgeting, corporate finance and strategic decision-making. I am also the founder of Rioja Uncorked, a boutique travel concept reflecting my interest in entrepreneurship, hospitality and customer experience. After nine years in Spain, I have returned to Switzerland and am looking to contribute my international finance leadership experience to organisations across Switzerland.
