Leading the design and implementation of a centralized insurance distribution platform for BNP Paribas Personal Finance Group, spanning multiple countries across Europe. Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders across various BNP Paribas offices, developing multi-layered architectural models and diagrams (ArchiMate, BPMN and UML) addressing different perspectives, such as business use cases, application design, component structure, and technical blueprints. The position also focuses on closely supporting the development phase throughout the project lifecycle, serving as a focal point and providing technical guidance to the development team.
