Project Management of 432 MW Solar Power Stations
Team leadership and management of the manufacturing process for Turbine Control Compartments, Nuclear Main Control Room Panels, Medium Voltage Switchgears, Motor Control Centers, Power Centers, Control Panels, under the requirements of ISO 9001 standard. Issuance of technical specifications and procedures, bill of materials, purchase orders. Contract negotiations with customer, assurance of fulfilment of technical and quality requirements on the equipments being manufactured. Management of the cost, margin and project schedule.
