Supervises the daily activities of all Technicians to ensure that the routine, in-process and special analytical services are provided in work; Provide Technical support, monitor and audit time to time activities/work of all Technicians; Working closely with the Customers and Technicians to utilize relationship and apply the service features to meet the quality work and for customer’s satisfaction. Perform engine trouble-shooting and job work assigning of Technicians in with accordance to the need of work and qualification: Operate the Testing Bench Machine (Calibrating machine) and execute the necessary injection pump calibration based on the testing data of the engine model and specification.
Responsible for direct supervision and utilization of equipment, materials, methodologies and personnel in the UMT's Lead Acid Recycling Processes. Implement fully the systems of Engitec Spa (Italy) in lead acid battery recycling processes with all other related procedures, policies and regulations of JAFZA included the safeties. Coordinate closely to all concerned departments in relations of plant operations requirements such as assurance of availability of raw materials and productions supplies, assurance of good running conditions of plant machineries and equipment, and availability of spare parts. Provide SOP's (Standard Operating Procedures) and detailed work instructions in each processes, machines and operators. Provide on-time report such as Daily Operation Report, Incident Report, Supplies Consumption Monitoring Report, Weekly Production Report and Monthly Summary Report. Plan and supervise the Periodical Preventive Maintenance of equipment and machineries, oversee the maintenance work and machines problems to meet production requirements in an efficient and safe manner. Working closely with technical support and establish programs to improve the plant efficiency by facilitating study on methodology, machines and work procedures of operators. Investigate and evaluates production problems in a timely manner, recommend improvement. Recommends promotions for the qualified workers as required to meet the staffing needs. Provides training on newly hired workers to assure the production operation and product were not being affected. Instill discipline to all associates and reprimand who violate the rules and regulations of the company.
Carry out comprehensive test and examination through visual, functional, hydro test, load test etc… of Tower Crane, Mobile Crane, Crawler Crane, Construction Hoist, Window Cradle, Mobile Elevating Platform, Boiler, Air Compressor and Air Receiver in accordance to the certain regulation of standard required by Dubai Municipality (that is LEEA Codes of Practice and Standard, ASME, British Standard. Investigate equipment failures; recommend the most low-cost- effective method of repair and appropriate solutions to the issues. Develop a good relationship with the customer and discuss all issues related to the safeties of equipment. Carried out re-inspection after the completion of rectification and ensure that the equipment complies with the certain reference regulation and standard. Ensure safe and reliability of the equipment prior to issuance of Third Party certificate.
