I hold a double Bachelor’s degree in Law and Labour Relations, and a Master’s in Business Law, Arbitration and ADR, with a clear focus on dispute resolution, commercial law, negotiation, and direct client interaction. I am currently part of the W&I Insurance & Contingent Risks team at Aon, where I work on brokering insurance solutions for M&A transactions and legal identified contingencies. In the professional sphere, I have developed a 360º business perspective through experience in HR at Verisure, Litigation and Arbitration at Uría Menéndez, and product sales and consulting at KVAR Consultores. In the academic sphere, I participated as Counsel in the XIV and XV editions of MOOTMadrid, receiving awards for best statement of claim, statement of defense, and evidentiary submissions, and winning the XV edition representing the Complutense University of Madrid, where I also acted as Speaker in the Final Hearing. I later contributed as an Arbitrator in the XVI edition and in the MOOT ADERE Academy. Additionally, I developed organizational and project management skills as Vice President of Academic Activities at ELSA-UCM ** Graduado en Derecho y Relaciones Laborales, y Máster en Derecho de los Negocios, Arbitraje y ADR, con una clara orientación hacia la resolución de disputas, el derecho mercantil, la negociación y la relación directa con el cliente. Actualmente formo parte del equipo de W&I Insurance & Contingent Risks de Aon, donde participo en la intermediación de soluciones aseguradoras para operaciones de M&A y riesgos contingentes. En el ámbito académico y profesional, he participado como Letrado en las XIV y XV ediciones del MOOTMadrid, obteniendo premios a los mejores escritos de demanda, contestación y admisión de prueba, y resultando ganador de la XV edición con la Universidad Complutense de Madrid, además de actuar como Orador en la Audiencia Final. Posteriormente, colaboré como Árbitro en la XVI edición y en la Academia MOOT ADERE. Asimismo, he adquirido una visión empresarial integral gracias a mi experiencia en RR.HH. en Verisure, Litigación y Arbitraje en Uría Menéndez y consultoría en KVAR Consultores, así como competencias en organización y gestión de proyectos como Vicepresidente de Actividades Académicas de ELSA-UCM.
