About

For much of my life, I have been drawn to a simple question: How do we live in greater harmony with ourselves, with nature, and with the deeper wisdom that guides change? That question has shaped my journey as a student of holistic health, meditation, and personal transformation. Over the years I have studied and practiced a variety of healing traditions and wellness disciplines, always searching for the deeper principles that connect mind, body, and spirit. What I discovered is that wisdom often appears not in moments of force, but in moments of stillness and awareness. This exploration eventually led me to writing. Through my work as an author, I seek to explore the timeless patterns that shape our lives—growth, transformation, resilience, and the quiet intelligence of the present moment. My book, The Book of Flow — Living the Wisdom of Change, reflects on these ideas and invites readers to rediscover a more natural relationship with life’s rhythms. In addition to writing, I continue to share insights from holistic wellness, personal development, and philosophical traditions that encourage people to reconnect with balance, clarity, and purpose. At its heart, my work is about a simple idea: Life moves in currents. When we learn to recognize them, we stop fighting the moment and begin moving with it. — Luis De La Fuente

I am a writer. I believe that man will not merely endure: he will prevail. He is immortal not because he alone among creatures has an inexhaustible voice, but because he has a soul, a spirit capable of compassion and sacrifice and endurance. The writer's duty is to write about these things. It is his privilege to help man endure by lifting his heart, by reminding him of the courage and honor and hope and pride and compassion and pity and sacrifice which have been the glory of his past. The writer's voice need not merely be the record of man, it can be the pillars to help him endure and prevail.
