Mission: Manage the flavours strategic development group, the project pipeline, propose orientation to the technology and scientific research teams, foster partnership on food ingredient and nutrition, support external communication on technology and scientific research applied to sweet and savoury categories. Represent Mane in symposium and scientific conferences. Support global and regional accounts on scientific and technology know-how. Full member of the Innovation, Scientific & Technical Committees and the EMEA Flavor Steering Committee.
