As a Global Partnerships Sales Manager at Juventus FC SpA, I work alongside the partnerships team to generate new revenue through innovative and unique collaborations. Work closely with the Head of Partnerships Sales and the wider team to deliver on sales objectives through new partnerships. Source potential partners, select and qualify prospects, secure meetings and pitch proposals. Sell sponsorship packages for all club’s sport sections by developing a pipeline of global prospects and sport marketing/media agencies.. Work together with the Sales, Presentation and Business Intelligence functions within the Team to identify industries, markets and companies to approach and structure suitable proposals. Renew sponsorship contracts in coordination with the Partnerships Activation Team. Work closely with the other internal departments to ensure best-in-class value proposals. Provide a meticulous monitoring of the economy, sport and sponsorship industries to identify new trends.
Founded the Club’s Digital Team to produce and commercialize digital assets. Market Research to contact brands of the Club’s digital packs Sales calls and negotiations with interested brands to close deals Alongside the Commercial department, led market research on the global territory and led sales calls to propose partnership opportunities to interested and select brands. Managed and optimized paid advertising campaigns for Bologna FC in collaboration with SlopeLift. Achieved a remarkable Return on Investment (ROI) of 70-80x, significantly surpassing industry benchmarks. Developed strategic ad placements and audience targeting, leading to increased ticket sales, merchandise purchases, and brand engagement. Utilized platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads to drive targeted traffic and conversions. Managed key accounts of Main Bologna FC international partners to create assets and implement activations. Managed a portfolio of 12 partners.
