As finalist at Singularity University innovation challenges, he conveyed vision to lower negative externalities of wealth inequality and create incentives to decentralise access to capital, through economics networks geared by accountability and traceability of supply-chains - how capital is employed to process innovation. As finalist at Hello-Tomorrow global challenge (AI/big-data track), he conveyed vision to democratise access to knowledge networks, by mapping connections shaping industrial expertise to navigate, overview and summarise the context in between of multi-disciplinary areas. He was invited at Facebook F8 conference for his contribution on data-driven experiences suited for general public. He carries on research on complex networks and UX at Nifty.works, offering discovery platforms for public use and helping companies and labs with consultancies and MVP prototypes. I led the ideation and prototyping of a research-service-system designed to integrate circularity and transparency into innovation processes. My focus was on developing a blockchain-based web service to trace innovation contributed by a consortium of research institutes and private companies. This service supports the tracing of innovation and knowledge transfer within R&D processes throughout the four-year lifespan of a €4M EU-funded project. ► Key Competencies and Contributions * Sustainability - Implemented sustainability principles and KPIs to model contractual transactions of intellectual property, fostering a circular management approach in the research and development processes. This strategy is directed towards enhancing innovations, materials, and product developments. * Business Analytics - Leveraged expertise in knowledge management and discovery to design and prototype a CRM service to trace, analyse, and visualise the emergence of innovations, patents, publications, and novel materials. I supported research activities by modeling the business logic as a graph, prototyping a blockchain-based protocol for traceability of innovation through smart contracts, and designing the IT architecture to support research development with strategic KPIs and automated dashboard reporting. * User Experience (UX) - Developed a research methodology to explore perceptions of innovation in research, informing UX design decisions, business logic, and KPIs. Contributed to improve timeline efficiency to assemble and upgrade modular e-vehicles. ► Key achievements * Operational Leadership in the UAE - Overseen day-to-day operations within the UAE to maintain smooth execution during EXPO 2020 in Dubai. The focus was on operational excellence to ensure reliability and continuous service delivery during the EXPO, an high-stake environment where the company negotiated partnerships with Ministry of Transportation and an international brand to display the use of modular electrified vehicles for commercial concepts. * Advancing Technical Operations - I actively engaged in technical operations, playing a key role in achieving critical milestones that drive company growth. My contributions included actual assembling of the vehicles, automation services for monitoring KPIs during tests and design of UI interfaces in the automotive industry. We achieved to construct five new and two upgraded vehicles within a six-month period.
