I am an Associate Professor of Management in the Departement of Business Administration at the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. My research focuses on Strategic Human Resource Management with an emphasis on the HRM-performance relationship and HR implementation. I have published articles on these topics in outlets such as Human Resource Management Journal, Journal of Business Research, International Journal of Human Resource Management, European Management Journal, International Journal of Manpower and Universia Business Review. I currently serve as the Head of Studies for the Master’s programme in Human Resources Management at the Carlos III University of Madrid. I regularly teach on courses on HR Strategy as well as on Performance Management in postgraduate programmes in Europe and Latin America.
