Half Sumo Collective is an independent Martial Art brand forged, found and curated in New York. The City, fueled by never ending noise, dirty bodegas, hidden record shops, people of every race and belief. We learn through all of them just the same, as problems arise, so too do we, always moving forward, whatever it takes, preferring enthusiasm over envy, encouragement over pessimism. We live life with trust, despising violence, but don’t get us wrong: we love the fight. The fight against our weakness, our limits, the fight against our fears. We are the challenger not the surrender, taking the responsibility of the victory or the defeat ; to better not only ourselves, but the lives and efforts of those around us.
