I am responsible for all the Technical support and services for all the customers in the US. Work in close relationship with the HQ in Italy to give the best service of our customers.
I was managing and training up to 10 people on how to use our equipment and most of the time i was showing them how to do the " fine tuning" to have always the tools running at the high performance. I was helping the customer in the trouble-shooting and doing some project to increase their production level by reducing their time and cost.
I have designed circuit boards currently used in our systems and I was part of the team of designers when we start to develop the MEMS stimulus and Handlers for our customer. I have designed automation test line with board tester. I did also the installation of some of the products and the start up to help the customer in his high production volume.
