In my area of responsibility, I manage relationships with beverage wholesalers, continuously monitoring market performance and development trends to ensure the proper implementation of the Route To Market strategy. I am responsible for defining and managing Customer Plans in terms of volume and value for each wholesaler, in line with company strategies and guidelines, ensuring the achievement of sales targets. As an In Store Key Account in the Ho.Re.Ca channel, I am responsible for the management and development of beverage distributors at the sell-out level. I am in charge of the business development of my target area through in-store activation, placement and expansion of the product range in the stores under my area of supervision. I work to place valuable brands and give them worth through perfect execution and brand visibility within the outlet. I am involved in both the search for new clients through scouting operations and the retention of existing customers, acting as a consultant for each store. I analyze sell-out data to take business improvement actions in the territory. Moreover, I am also responsible for managing the annual budget and year-end agreements, contracts, events and training customers through tapping classes and beer tastings in collaboration with our beer specialist.
