- Lead in Bobst Shanghai projects related to innovation project, new machine design (NPI), machine section design and/or machine update to improve quality and/or reduce machine COGS. -Insure project management and follow-up according to best practice described in the Bobst PDP (Product Development Process). - Manage sponsors and follow in collaboration with local management stakeholders and project team. - Ensure quality of project deliverables, project quality, cost, schedule and resources usage according to master schedule. - Ensure success of project milestones.
- Insure best design practices in Bobst Shanghai mechanical R&D. - Improve team ability and autonomy in order to prepare them for upcoming design jobs. - Help and drive technical decision for design & Noconformity.
HFS department at Bobst SA, Lausanne. - Develop and find mechanical solutions for new machines. - Maintain and improve existing machines.
