Industrial Management Engineer with experience in different areas of supply Chain - S&OP Demand Planning, Purchasing, Supply Planning and Logistics - team leadership and management. Profile with view of business, analytical skills, strategic vision and results-oriented.
• To plan the strategy for Direct Deliveries Operations short/mid/long term. Review demand and supply planning forecasts to estimate needs with special focus at peak activity periods. • To set up services objectives to carriers in cost and services. • To evaluate new suppliers and services to fulfill objectives. Evaluate and follow up processes, contracts and develop back up plans. • To develop and propose the area budget. • To coordinate the area team, participating in their selection, proposing their training and development, and evaluating their performance. • To propose and promote projects and new start-ups to deliver better service and costs.
· To guarantee right service level of third-party logistics in Germany, Italy and Spain to ensure the availability of all products for the 3 subsidiaries and international markets (85 countries). · To manage 4,5 M€ logistics Budget for warehousing, P&P and transport of final products. · To evaluate suppliers (3PL’s and forwarders) to guarantee the best service and costs. · Implementation of scorecard for cost analysis control and follow up service KPI’s. · To boost continuous improvements to win flexibility and simplification on supply chain. · To manage expeditions and controlling support team.
· To lead forecasting process and control deviations by country to ensure the availability. · To provide inputs for the strategic Sales and Operation Planning Process. · To consolidate the forecast from all the markets and to detect the risk and opportunities vs the budget, ensuring the consistency between the demand plan and business figures. · To build KPI's: Demand Bias and Accuracy. Definition and implementation. · Elaboration and implantation of a new statistical tool to estimate baselines. · Portfolio management and simplification.
· Production and procurement cosmetic plan (MRP I, MRP II). · To optimize production plans. · To purchase of cosmetic products and fragrances (own and distributed brands). · Stocks management and safety stock implementation for the different SKU’s and subsidiaries. · Definition and ABC classification of SKU’s. · To maintain SAP Material Master.
· Stocks management: control shortages and overstocks using APO-SNP (SAP module). · Tracking meetings. · Lot control and expiration (tracing), control risk of slowmovers and obsoletes. · Purchasing products and follow up on third parties. · BW (SAP) Reports, using queries. · Continuous improvement efforts related to inventory planning and supply chain processes.
· Demand forecast management and analysis of BIAS and Forecast Accuracy (SAP APO-SNP) · Participation on S&OP process: Demand meetings. · Sales control and follow up of new launches and promotions (SAP BW) · BW Reports.
· To support university professors to prepare their lectures using ICT. · Big data analysis and data bases extractions.
