I aspire to be an ethical leader in the Oncology space, championing innovation for patients across the development and commercial product lifecycle. Currently, I am a Global Graduate Associate at AstraZeneca, where the Global Operations programme’s rotational structure, international reach and leadership focus allow me to directly contribute to advancing our product pipeline and patient outcomes. In my current role, I lead diverse, cross-functional teams delivering complex CMC and Tech Transfer programmes within Global Biologics, focusing on high-impact lifecycle and pre-commercial ADC products. I am based in Gaithersburg/Frederick, MD, USA on international assignment. In my previous rotations, I played a key role in the development of end-to-end ADC capability in Singapore, in addition to supporting effective quality management across global supply chains and external CMOs. Prior to AstraZeneca, I gained experience at BioOrbit, an innovative start-up aiming to crystallise antibodies in microgravity to facilitate subcutaneous (SC) injection instead of intravenous (IV) - bringing the hospital to home, via space. I additionally worked as a Management Consultant at a specialist London firm. I hold a First Class Master’s, Scholar's title and Hargreaves Prize in Chemical Engineering (MEng, BA) from the University of Cambridge, specialising in Pharmaceutical Engineering and Biotechnology.
Tech Transfer lead for clinical/commercial biologics products at Frederick Manufacturing Center (FMC). Accountable for leading diverse, cross-functional teams to deliver high-complexity technical NPI/PPQ projects. The role straddles technical site-based operations and global development/supply chain functions, necessitating project, stakeholder and risk management skills.
CMC Project Manager within Global Biologics for high-impact lifecycle and pre-commercial ADC products. The role centres on translating strategy into executable plans, coordinating cross-functional delivery, and ensuring product continuity post-BLA through robust governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.

Chemical engineering intern at BioOrbit, shadowing Dr. Katie King, CEO. BioOrbit are an early-stage company developing pharmaceutical production capabilities in microgravity, focusing on the crystallisation of antibodies for formulation use in cancer therapy. Led a project aiming to evaluate the current status quo of antibody supply from a CDMO perspective, involving extensive industry research, consultations with CDMO experts, and active participation in team science and engineering meetings. Final presentation to BioOrbit's senior leadership team, outlining implications of project findings for BioOrbit's transition to a space-based CDMO crystallising antibodies.
Highly competitive application process led to selection as one of two interns at a specialist City-based management consulting firm. Worked as a consultant on an ongoing high-profile insurance client project. Dedication led to increased responsibility, including leading a client meeting and presenting strategic outputs to senior executives alongside a principal consultant. Improved proficiency in slide writing, Excel and Figma. Received a permanent offer of employment after completion of 8-week internship.
