About

I have lifelong experience in healthcare settings and in showing sympathy, care and support to those in need. Due to my extensive work as a volunteer, more than 600 hours across various organizations, I am competent in program management and personnel coordination. I pride myself on excellent communication and a strong commitment to the success of the organization as a whole. I assisted in the implementation and running of the children’s portion of the David Ramsey Financial Peace University, multiple Vacation Bible Schools, and other educational programs. I organized and catalogued an extensive resource library. I also became proficient in Microsoft Office and gained experience in report and curriculum writing. I learned the value of teamwork and efficient communication. Since then I worked as a full-time nanny in Germany and Japan. Most recently I worked as a busser and hostess at a restaurant in Sitka, Alaska. From these I learned a lot of patience and grace under pressure. Growing up I spent around 9 years living in Europe. During that time I became very proficient in German. I learned problem solving skills that allowed me to thrive in foreign settings. My time abroad gave me the valuable skill of communication across cultural barriers.
