I am a Global People & Culture leader and currently Global Head of Sustainability at the Project Management Institute (PMI) and Executive Director of the PMI–Green Project Management (GPM) joint venture. An Organisational Psychologist with 15+ years of international experience, I specialise in culture transformation, leadership development, and organisational change across complex, global environments. My career has been built at the intersection of people, performance, and transformation. I partner with senior leaders to design and activate cultures that enable clarity, accountability, engagement, and sustainable performance. My focus is on translating business strategy into leadership behaviours, organisational systems, and employee experiences that drive measurable impact. I bring a global perspective shaped by leadership roles across Europe, Latin America, and global matrix organisations. I am originally from Argentina, lived and worked in London, and am now based in Madrid. This international journey has shaped my ability to work across cultures, influence diverse stakeholders, and lead transformation in highly complex environments. My experience includes global consulting at KPMG, where I contributed to large-scale transformation programmes and led the firm’s global Purpose and Culture Reinvigoration journey across 145 countries, working directly with senior leadership to embed purpose, leadership alignment, and cultural change across the organisation. Earlier in my career, I founded a boutique consultancy in Argentina focused on culture, leadership, and behavioural change, helping organisations translate strategy into sustained shifts in leadership capability, team effectiveness, and organisational performance. Across all my roles, I have consistently focused on building high-performance cultures where leadership, engagement, and organisational effectiveness reinforce each other to enable long-term success.
Lead the PMI–GPM Joint Venture, aligning two global organizations and cultures to embed sustainability at the heart of the project management profession. Drive the strategic integration of sustainability into PMI’s ecosystem, leading the global GPM-b certification and transforming intent into measurable impact. Champion the shift to deliver lasting societal, environmental, and business value.
Led PMI Community in Europe (+70.000 members) and the team that empowers the different countries in Europe, enables the relation with academia and NGOs, and expands positive impact in society through project management skills.
I led the Global Purpose Reinvigoration journey aligning the firm’s purpose with sustainability goals to enhance positive impact on people, clients, and society. This cross-disciplinary effort was part of enterprise-wide culture transformation for +230,000 colleagues across 145 countries. It spanned leadership development, strategic communications, change management, and learning. I partnered with senior leaders to translate the organization’s vision, purpose, and values into everyday mindsets, behaviors, and habits—fueling business strategy execution and transformational success towards being purpose-led and values-driven.
I served as a go-to expert for culture transformation and leadership development for clients projects and new business proposals that span change management, employee and leaders communications and learning and development strategies.
I advised the Weidenfeld-Hoffmann Trust, a unique educational charity at Said Business School, Oxford University, on its communications and development plan helping them to identify opportunities to better engage with future and current leaders.
We established a boutique specialized culture, leadership and behaviour change. We adopted a strength-based approach, behavioural science concepts and design thinking methodology to shape interventions and teambuilding activities. We published a book for career orientation: 'Have the courage to be 100% yourself'
