Ever since I took on my first job, I have always been interested in the way work is organized and especially how it can be optimized. My main expertise and interest are with quality in Software Development and you can say that “Quality” is my middle name. My strength is to be able to translate quality demands into a workable solution, identifying the next step to deploy and on top of that I always try to be one step ahead of things. My passion is to create the best working environment for all people involved (either engineers or management) and have the best quality product to be produced. I am persistent in my goals to achieve and I have a keen eye on details. During the past years, I have supported different organizations in achieving a required CMM(i)/SPICE level or ISO 9001/15504 certificate. This was mainly accomplished by introducing practical solutions to complete the full picture. So, if you have a problem, if no one else can help, and if you can find me....maybe you can benefit from my expertise.
