- Providing technical support and assistance to end-users and other support levels. - Managing and resolving escalated support tickets. - Troubleshooting software issues. - Collaborating with L1 support and other squads to resolve complex technical problems. - Documenting support processing and solutions.
- Assisting junior trading assistants with complex clients' queries - Provide training and mentorship to junior trading assistants - Assisting the Team Leader with interviews and recruitment process - Taking the lead with some Marketing tasks for the French market
- Assisting clients with KYC procedures - Verification of clients accounts - Ensuring that the compliance procedures are followed in order to comply with the regulations (CySEC and ESMA guidelines) - Monitoring calls and preparing a summary - Collecting client compliance inquiries and respond in a timely manner - Translating client complains and other marketing material in French and English
- Dealing with clients via phone, email and chat - User acquisition, welcome call and retention - Training clients on the effective use of company's trading platform - Providing support to clients with KYC procedures - Compliant with CySec and AMF regulations - Compliant with GDPR - Creation of mass emails for clients - Working with targets
- Providing a seamless check in and check out process for all guests arriving and departing the hotel - Providing a warm and authentic welcome in English or in French - Handling and answering to all guest requests - Dealing with the housekeeping department regarding the arrivals and departures and confirm when the rooms are ready to be occupied - Keeping traces in Fidelio system to inform the different departments of the special guests requests, etc - Upselling the hotel facilities or a higher category of rooms to the guests - Charging guests accounts with consumption and other services - Promoting the area and providing touristic information to the guests
- Working with a research team of professors on the creation of a brochure for tourists with disabilities, about travel security tips and advice - Attending many conferences about accessible tourism - 3-month research work about accessible tourism in the world
