Responsible for: - Managing a team of 19 associates (5 direct reports) covering raws & packs procurement, production planning, logistics, ERP systems & customer service functions - Organizing weekly, priodic and annual production capacity considering production lines throughput, maitenance works, people organization based on forecasts & actual customers needs (Make To Order environment) : approx 200kT as yearly production. - Delivering premium customer service within an agreed set of target KPIS: OTIF/CSL/LCC/Inventory/Cast/ CO2e /NQC... - Writing Supply Chain strategy for the plant for the next 3 to 5 years - Running Direct to Customer for 4 EU markets operations: parcelling activities & next day deliveries - Animating as an active member of Factory Leadership teams of this 250+ associates plant. Responsible for : - Designing & developing the End to End Crossborder strategy through Center of Expertise : Incoterms, Ocean transportation contracts, Freight forwarding activity, Customs Broker Management & Free Trade Agreements. - Leading the Crossborder community : Insure Best practice sharing & capabilities pools : regrouping 10 exporting hubs & 137 importing markets. - Deploying International Transport Control Tower - Buying Ocean transportation allocations representing 64+ M USD budget Reporting to Global Supply Chain Director
