Main activity: Aurora modernization project, Nokia 5G; Responsibilities - perform TSS (Technical Site Survey), KO visits, BADD TSS, together with Client, safety officer, architect, radio engineer and frame agreement responsible; - create TR (light Technical Report); - validate the TSSR (Technical Site Survey Report), which contains information about site access, configuration, base station synoptics drawings, safety, power, downtime scenario, antenna, equipment removal, bill of materials; - create BOQ`s (Bill Of Quantity) based on TSSR, CD (Construction Drawings), Stability study, BSDS; - provide works and outage planning to the Client; - weekly overview meetings with the Client; - weekly internal meetings; - create and submit monthly workplace inspections reports; - submit site acceptance reports; - oversee project logistics (materials, equipment and steel deliveries/orders); - create LO`s and PO`s; - request access in the case where the owner is a frame agreement party (Astrid/Bemilcom, ELIA, PIDPA, Telenet, RTBF, De Watergroep, De Lijn, etc.); - request offers from the Crane/CP and transport companies; - submit RGIE requests; - submit STC requests; - manage and plan the build teams; - provide monthly Toolbox meetings for the build teams; - provide support for the teams on site.
Main activity: Installation/upgrade of Point to Point MW links; CW and I&C on the Aurora modernization project, Nokia 5g. Responsibilities: - LOS (line of sight) site visits for the upcoming installation of new P2P MW links; - installation and commissioning of new MW links; - troubleshooting solving; - Nokia equipment preparation and installation on sites according to the guidelines; - decommissioning of old equipment; - I&C, external alarms check-up, Call tests.
Main activity: Infrastructure modernization for the network operators Proximus and Telenet. Responsibilities: - coordinating the logistics and the works done for building new telecom sites; - I&C and call tests; - troubleshooting, maintenance, punch clearance; - new build installation, indoor and outdoor (civil works, cabinets, radio units, airco/free cooling, alarm cabling, power connections); - perform measurements with Site Master & Pim Master
Main activity: modernization on UNIRAN BASE project on ZTE equipment. Responsibilities: - civil engineering works; - decommissioning of old cabinets (Ericsson BTS); - decommissioning of old feeders; - connections’ and integrations’ establishing; 3 - transmission links, indoor and outdoor, installation, building and moving; - 4G LTE and 3G UMTS equipment installation: ZTE, Kathrein, Huawei (antennas, tma`s, diplexers, cabinets, radio units); - I&C.
