As member of the global Business Development Team, I was the first point of contact for new and existing clients. Through consultation and guidance regarding Rentschler Biopharma’s services, I further developed the business relationship with strategic clients.
This role truly kick-started my career and enabled me to comprehensively grasp the business strategy and processes within the company. I supported the CEO Dr. Frank Mathias and executive team by coordinating and contributing to strategic and operational projects within the framework of Rentschler Biopharma’s long-term strategy.
Following my University studies, I had the opportunity to gain first experience in the biotechnology industry in the departments Marketing, Business Development, and Project Management at Rentschler Biopharma through an extended internship.
This internship at Siemens Medical Solutions Ultrasound Division was my first introduction to the working world. I had the opportunity to assist the CEO Klaus Hambuechen and complete several tasks including quality control of language display on the ACUSON P50, surveyed a new online training course on the Siemens Ultrasound education portal, and various administrative duties.
