Realised effectiveness and efficiency gains by implementing screening frameworks, structured data gathering and continuous data analysis. - Change Lead for ~180 managers, leading communications, awareness & training, and adoption of new way of working. Delivered various process manuals, global training and deep-dive sessions. - Investigate state of operations and deliver advisory report to build a futureproof recruiting operation.
- Builder and owner of our very own chatbot Sean Paul. Live integrations with email, calendar, employee database, and knowledge base. Featuring various highly advanced actions through customized webhook commands using N8N. - Interim Consultant on anything related to HR & Technology, including AI & future of work concepts.
