Luc Ballegeer is an aviation professional. Resort Condominums International (commonly known as "RCI") is part of the Wyndham Worldwide family of companies. RCI has been at the forefront of the vacation ownership industry since 1974. Luc works in the Resource Planning (RPM) group. RPM includes the forecasting, planning, staffing, and real-time scheduling for all Associates across five call centers internationally.
Global Aero Logistics (aka GAL) is the holding company which owned ATA Airlines and owns World Airways and North American Airlines. Transitioned from ATA to GAL in December 2007. Responsbilities were nearly identical to ATA Airlines responsbilities. (see below)
As Director, Planning my responsbilities included: • Directed the planning, development and implementation of current, near-term and long-range schedules to support corporate marketing plans and objectives. • Managed the development and distribution of all system operating statistics and frequency levels by market and/or equipment type. • Oversaw the input and output of all schedule information both inside and outside the company. • Directed the preparation of studies, analyses and evaluations necessary to provide coordination with senior management, operational groups and field offices relating to the implementation of future schedules, including charter and extra section programs. • Interfaced on a daily basis with the operating groups and provided action plans as required in matters relating to the daily operation of the airline
