Leading cross-platform investments and execution across the firm’s real estate portfolio and broader industrial asset base, with a focus on complex, time-sensitive, and non-standard transactions. Responsible for sourcing, structuring, and executing opportunities that fall outside traditional investment mandates, where complexity, timing, or structure create a competitive advantage. Work closely with internal leadership and external capital partners to deploy capital, solve transactional challenges, and unlock value across business divisions. Oversee the firm’s internal asset management function, directing the performance, optimization, and strategic positioning of real estate and alternative assets across the portfolio.

In my role, I lead the management and optimization of our alternative industrial investments and commercial real estate portfolio, while supporting our asset recovery efforts with an emphasis on special situations transactions. This work spans a diverse range of assets, including machinery, equipment, infrastructure, energy and power generation, opportunistic credit, and other special situations. Our real estate holdings focus on industrial properties, adaptive reuse and redevelopment projects, legacy land investments, and hospitality and lodging assets across key markets. I bring deep experience in commercial negotiation, financial analysis, risk assessment, and strategic planning. I collaborate with internal leadership, counterparties, and external capital partners to structure and execute value-driven opportunities across the U.S. and internationally.

Advised individuals and companies through the full real estate transaction cycle, representing clients in the purchase, sale, and leasing of industrial and commercial properties. Projects ranged from buildings and spaces as small as 5,000 sq. ft. to several hundred thousand square feet, and from small infill tracts to land holdings spanning several thousand acres, including timber and resource properties. Managed build-to-suit projects, sale-leasebacks, warehousing, manufacturing, flex office, and development opportunities. Provided consulting services across South Carolina’s key industrial markets, leading client relationships, property tours, financing, and transaction execution. Supported investment property services such as acquisitions, dispositions, equity placement, 1031 exchanges, valuation, and asset repositioning.
